DKS proposed development of a .NET e-commerce platform. The new interface provides Koehler customers with an easy to use online ordering site available 24x7x365.
Along with customer access to past orders, account status, and shipping history, we provided reporting insights for a stronger ROI. We did this by integrating online ordering with Open Systems TRAVERSE ERP system.
The floral business is complex. Not only do we have an abundance of product SKU’s, we’re dealing with a product that has a limited shelf-life and customers who need our product fast.
