Membership management tools enable customers to establish a searchable online directory of all registered web site users. A variety of customizable settings and controls let administrators capture information about their portal users as well as specify conditions and process for membership approval. ReadyPortal database information can be shared with offline databases via an import/export tools set. The capability also exists for real time XML-based data synchronization and single user sign-on integration between ReadyPortal features and external applications.
Email Subscription
Built-in subscription features enable users to customize receipt of information from many portal community applications via email. User applications that provide email subscription capabilities include online publications, calendars, discussion boards, announcement lists, classified marketplaces and job boards. Such capabilities also exist for a variety of administrative features, such as moderation request notifications.
