The Information Gathering stage begins with an assessment of your business objectives and involves all key stakeholders. We examine the competition, target audience, positioning and other critical success factors. By learning more about your business, we lay the necessary groundwork for a more complete solution.

In the Strategy stage, a project team is assembled and the high level goals from the Information Gathering stage are used to create a specific and detailed plan of implementation. The plan addresses features, functionality, graphic design and usability.

The Prototyping stage involves database design and system architecture. We continue with the development of interface prototypes to ensure that the usability requirements are met. This process provides the blueprint for the Implementation stage.

When we reach the Implementation stage, the site programming and database construction begins. User testing occurs and a secure work-in-progress Web site allows you to monitor the progress of your project and provide feedback to the development team. A thorough quality assurance (beta) process is followed to ensure that the project is ready to launch.

The Launch stage brings the project from behind closed doors to the public, allowing access to the finished product. The site is moved from the production environment to the 'live' Web server. When this is complete, a thorough testing of the functionality is performed once again.

In the Growth stage, the Web site is monitored to ensure a smooth flow of data to the visitor. Data handling and interface modifications are made as needed. We also complete documentation for the project and present our thoughts on how to approach the next phase of the solution.
